The classification of refrigerated trucks is roughly as follows: refrigerated trucks are distributed in the city, with a general load of 0.5~3 tons. Refrigerated trucks are distributed between cities, with a general loading capacity of 3~15 tons. Long distance delivery refrigerated trucks are generally large refrigerated trucks with trailers, which can be subdivided into 10~20 tons. The types of refrigerated trucks for different goods are also different. Generally, they are fresh refrigerated trucks, usually fruit, seafood, milk, etc.
Refrigerator truck for refrigeration: generally used for frozen products. High risk refrigerated trucks: usually used in chemicals, vaccine trucks: usually medical systems, as well as electronic components, refrigerated trucks and other varieties!
Refrigerator is the core special equipment of an important part of cold chain logistics. The reliability and stability of refrigerated transportation process are prone to decay and deterioration. Raw and cold food is the key to ensure the integrity and safety of the transportation process. The cold chain refrigerator car is generally composed of three parts: the chassis, the insulation body and the cooling system. Therefore, the purchase of refrigerated vehicles should also start from these three components.
1、 For the selection of automobile chassis, we can only select the automobile chassis that meet the environmental protection standards in the automobile sales announcement in our country, regardless of the tonnage of storage, domestic or imported, which needs to be met. For automobile chassis, customers can purchase it separately or entrust automobile manufacturers to purchase it.
2、 Thermal insulation materials: the selection of vehicle body is related to the type of goods transported. Different types have different requirements for vehicle bodies. For example, refrigerated trucks transporting cold meat need hooks on the partitions. The refrigerated trucks distributed to the stores are small in size and have a wide variety of goods. Generally, multi temperature refrigerated trucks are required. When the temperature is not uniform and the loading and unloading are frequent, the refrigerated truck shall be opened more often. There are many customers who can customize the car body factory according to specific requirements.
3、 Cooling system:
(1) According to the size of the car: independent units or non independent units can be selected. Generally speaking, the single machine is preferred for the sill body above 6m, and the size of the single machine can also be determined according to the length of the sill. Non independent machine shall be selected for clapboard below 6m, which shall reach - 20 ℃.
(2) According to the temperature of the product: low-temperature device or fresh machine can be used.
(3) According to the origin and brand of the air conditioner, foreign or domestic brands can be selected. However, whether the machine is domestic or imported, pay attention to whether the temperature sensor of the machine is set at the ventilation position of the evaporator. Since the temperature sensor of the machine is installed at the ventilation or exhaust position, the temperature reading may differ by more than 5 ℃.
