Instructions for use of national six vehicle models

As we all know, from July 1, 2019, all vehicles, including special vehicles, will implement the national six emission standard nationwide. Therefore, the national six models will become more and more popular. Compared with the national five emissions, the national six emission standard is more strict, so there are also differences in use. The following brief introduction will give you the instructions for the use of national six models.

1、 Instructions for use of oil

1. All diesel models in China VI must use regular diesel that meets the requirements of GB 19147. It should be known that inferior diesel will damage engine parts such as high pressure oil pump and fuel injector, damage DPM unit, lead to failure of DOC catalyst in aftertreatment system, failure of DPF blockage, lead to excessive emissions, and cause sexual damage to some parts, eventually increasing high maintenance costs.

2. All national six vehicle models, including obstacle removal vehicles and truck mounted crane transporters, must use urea solution that meets the GB 29518 standard to ensure that the inside of the urea tank is clean. Poor quality urea will block and damage the urea pump and urea nozzle, causing crystal blockage in SCR tank, resulting in excessive emissions.

2、 Maintenance and use instructions of filtering system

1. The original air filter, diesel filter, mechanical filter and other filtering components must be used to ensure the cleanliness of air intake, fuel and engine oil.

2. Poor air filter element will increase the intake particulate matter of the engine, causing engine wear and DPF blockage and damage.

3. Poor quality diesel filter or mechanical filter will damage high-pressure oil pump, fuel injector and other components, leading to early engine grinding and higher failure rate of aftertreatment system.

4. Clean, maintain or replace the filtering components regularly in strict accordance with the maintenance specifications
